Refund & Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our pottery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece is unique, and slight variations or minor imperfections are part of its charm and character. These imperfections—whether in texture, glaze, or form—are a natural result of the creative process and should be embraced as part of the artwork’s individuality.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective (e.g., broken during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a credit, replacement or full refund, depending on your preference, after reviewing photographic evidence of the damage.

Custom Orders:
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Minor Defects:
Please note that slight imperfections, such as minor glaze variations or small marks, are a natural part of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. These characteristics are what make each piece one-of-a-kind. If you are concerned about an imperfection, feel free to contact us before purchasing, and we will gladly provide additional details or images.

Return Shipping Costs:
If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange (not due to damage or defect), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging.
